All sales are subject to the policy below.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
Because we work with vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, we encourage customers to review all photos, measurements and descriptions before purchasing.
EU customers
According to European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be returned within 14 days after delivery
• the item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received
• all original tags (if applicable) must remain attached
• the item must not have any new odors, stains, damage or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Important information about vintage items
Please note that all items sold in our store are vintage or pre-owned.
Minor signs of wear, fading, small imperfections or age-related details are considered part of the character of vintage clothing and are not regarded as defects.
We carefully inspect every item and mention any major flaws in the product description whenever possible.
Sizing & measurements
Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing standards.
For this reason, we provide detailed measurements for every item.
Please do not rely only on the tagged size.
Before purchasing, we strongly recommend comparing the provided measurements with a similar item you already own.
Returns based on incorrect fit expectations may be avoided by checking measurements carefully before placing an order.
If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• underwear, hosiery and certain jewelry items due to hygiene reasons
• customized or altered items
• gift cards
• items returned in a condition different from how they were received
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
International orders (outside of the EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are considered final unless:
• the wrong item was received
We are unable to accept returns for:
• customs fees or import taxes
• delivery delays caused by postal services or customs
• sizing issues after delivery

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
